• rearranges the furniture: spain (and romano stubs his toe on it later)
• falls asleep with the TV on: both. together. B)
• gets to use the bathroom first: romano waits to piss for no one
• decides the temperature for the ac/heater: romano
• sets up holiday decorations: spain at first then he persuades/badgers/seduces romano into helping him out
• leaves the lights on: spain. usually he forgets but it’s v much intentional in the bedroom
• uses the bathroom with the door open: def spain
• fixes the plumbing (or calls the plumber): spain would prob try to fix it and fail so romano has to call someone
